Products I use on the feet during a Reflexology session are Songbird Reflexology Waxes which are made from 100% Natural Ingredients and come in 100% Recyclable Packaging. The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) emphasises the importance of eco-friendly practices in reflexology such as the use of organic, sustainably sourced oils and lotions.
I aim for my practice to be sustainable so I do not use single use resources, use low power lighting, and wash all of my towels and wipes using eco-friendly detergents, supporting reflexologies role in promoting health and wellness while minimising environmental impact.

What to Expect at A Session
At your first appointment we will have a consultation where I will explain how reflexology works, how it can help you, contraindications and possible side effects of having a treatment. I will ask questions about yourself including health, lifestyle and what benefits you would like from Reflexology.
I will look at your feet and do a Foot analysis form. I will then do a gentle treatment on your feet.
Afterwards we will have a chat and I will tell you what I noticed and felt during the treatment and you can tell me if any areas were sensitive.
During the time between the first and second treatment I will devise a treatment plan which will be based on health concerns, relaxation, my findings from the first treatment and any sensitive areas that you felt. I will go over this plan before your second treatment. You usually start to feel the health benefits of Reflexology after about 3 treatments but you will feel the relaxation effects after one.
